MILK MIRACLE

As I have mentioned in a previous blog – Bhagavan in my kitchen - Bhagavan is a great help in my kitchen.

Today morning, He performed a miracle. Well, miracles have become a way of life with Him in my life. But I have to write about this one.

I had heated two litres of milk last night at about 8 pm. I was waiting for it to cool down before putting it in the fridge. While I went to sleep only at 12.30, I had forgotten about it completely.

In the morning, when I walked into the kitchen at 6.40 am, I was startled to see the milk vessel sitting there on my kitchen platform.

My daughter has to leave early to work and there was no one else up to go buy fresh milk. Of course, help is always at hand when you call out to the Almighty. I told God to please take care of the issue and after removing the cream, I reheated the milk in another vessel. From previous experience, I know the chances were high that the milk would be spoilt. But then Bhagavan is just waiting to perform miracles when we call out.

The milk was boiled and was in perfect condition, not having lost its freshness. My son is very sensitive to taste and even he felt there was nothing wrong with the milk. In fact he said that it tasted better than usual. I, of course, was not surprised to hear that.

Sri Bhagavan says that as the consciousness level increases, problems don’t necessarily cease. But the way we perceive them changes. I could see that change in myself all thanks to Sri Bhagavan’s guidance from within me.

THANK YOU SO MUCH SRI BHAGAVAN! I LOVE YOU!

MY ENTRY INTO THE BLOGGING WORLD

This picture of Amma is from the
Srimurti at home
One day I was sitting in my office, thoroughly hating my job. This was in June 2009. I felt so uninspired and bored, doing the routine work that paid well. After completing the urgent things for the morning, I felt myself sliding into a breakdown. That’s when I prayed to Amma. I asked her to give me inspiration to do something creative and interesting.

MY PRAYER WAS ANSWERED IN EXACTLY FIFTEEN MINUTES.

Suddenly, the thought came to me that I can blog. I immediately went on google and found out about blogging. My first blog was ready the very same day. Today, I run five blogs singlehandedly (with of course, Amma’s hand on my head blessing me 24/7) – writing, editing, designing and more.

It’s almost three years now and I have not looked back. My life has become absolutely colourful and joyous as I write blogs. It is my space where I get to express my creativity and my thoughts when and how I please. What more could someone ask for?

There were a few people who have asked me, “You spend so much time writing so many articles after watching films and eating at restaurants; then you write short stories and novels. What remuneration do you get out of it?”

That’s the best part of the whole thing. For remuneration, I do a lot of work that I don’t much care for or don’t enjoy to the maximum. I do that too as an income is an important part of one’s life and a necessity.

Blogging is for joy! I simply love it and it thrills me no end when I receive a feedback – especially a positive one – from someone.

I LOVE YOU AMMA FOR GRANTING ME THIS ANSWER TO MY PRAYER AND THAT TOO SO FAST! AND IT HAS HAD SUCH A LONG LASTING REPERCUSSION TOO.

GEETHA GOES BACK TO SCHOOL

Geetha

Jaya has been working in my house since ten years. That was from the time she moved to Mumbai with her elder daughter Anjali. Her younger daughter Geetha joined them a year later after completing Std. V in their village. Jaya had decided to shift her family to Mumbai after her husband’s death as there was no way to make a living there.

She chose Mumbai as her sister and family also live here. Jaya did not even think of putting her children in school in Mumbai. One was the language barrier, another was affordability and the third and predominant reason was that Jaya did not realize the value of education. While Anjali was not too disturbed by this, the younger Geetha had always dreamt of studying further. The 9-year-old did not go to school for the next four years. I was busy with a job in those days and also because Jaya was new to my household, she never mentioned anything.

I was going to Bandra to attend a lecture and prayer session conducted by Amma Bhagavan’s guide. I took my children; a friend; her son; Jaya and her younger daughter who was absolutely fascinated with Amma Bhagavan. Geetha had already begun praying to the Srimurti since a few months. At the time of the Pooja, Geetha was 13 years old. During the prayer session, we were all told to make a wish and pray to Amma Bhagavan. Geetha diligently followed the session and said her prayers. Not that she shared her secret with anyone.

A couple of months later, the Municipal School next door sent out volunteers to the Basthi where Jaya lives and encouraged children to join school. The education was free of cost while they provided books, school bag and uniforms to the children. A super-excited Geetha told her mother to enroll her. Jaya was very hesitant and talked to me about it. I told her to not even think about it and to put her in school. My daughter Vinitha offered to pay for any private tuition that was required for Geetha and she does that till today.

After the admission process was complete, Geetha let on to her mother that that’s what she had prayed to Amma Bhagavan – that she should get a chance to complete her studies. The childish innocence and strong faith brought down the full force of Amma Bhagavan’s grace and her prayers were answered immediately. Geetha was allowed to join in Std. III as she had never studied Hindi before. Not that the kid was terribly bothered. She forged ahead with her studies and today at 19 she has successfully passed out of Std. VIII. Her results came out yesterday.

AMMA BHAGAVAN HAS YET AGAIN PROVED THAT IF THERE IS A PRAYER, THE GRACE IS NOT FAR BEHIND!

THANK YOU AMMA BHAGAVAN!

AMMA, THE FIRE WITHIN MY HEART

Pic courtesy: www.primalpainterhealingart.blogspot.in

This is one more experience given by my Antaryaamin. One day, as I was coming home from my evening walk, Bhagavan told me to go back home and go into Shavaasan before the Srimurti.

I did that and within a few minutes, I felt Bhagavan’s presence near my head. He raised his hands in a blessing and I could see circular lights of energy running from my feet, rising up to my body and reaching my head.

This happened many times and Bhagavan explained that he was energizing me. He also told me that energy travelled from the feet to the head. I had not been aware of this but later got to know about this from someone. As usual, Bhagavan followed up his talk within me with proof.

After this process was over, I saw my heart glow – green gold in colour. It looked so beautiful and I was so fascinated. Bhagavan explained that it was my heart chakra that was glowing.

Suddenly, my heart opened and I saw bright gold within. I blinked mentally and saw it again and again - the green gold heart opening like a jewel box and the golden glow within it.

Just as I wondered what it was, I heard Amma saying, “That’s me Sundari. I am the gold that you see encased in your heart.” I was truly amazed and thrilled to hear that. It felt so great having Amma tell me that She lived within my heart.

Many months later, when I visited my friend Anu in Ahmedabad, I shared this experience with her. Anuradha Chandrashekhar is my childhood friend and she is the one who introduced me to Amma Bhagavan. Anu asked me, “Sundari, have you heard of the jyothi (light) that resides within our hearts?” I said, “No, I have not heard of that.”

She replied, “That’s what Amma Bhagavan had been showing you in that vision.” Proof is what the mind seeks in this world and proof is what my Amma Bhagavan keep sending me, every time.

To this day, I keep seeing this vision in my inner eye and I can’t help feeling thrilled about it.

THANK YOU AMMA BHAGAVAN! I LOVE YOU!

VIGNESH’S UNIFORM LOST & FOUND

My son Vigneshkumar

As I keep saying repeatedly, I have designed my own God.

Check this link on how to DESIGN YOUR GOD

I have been praying to God that nothing should get lost from my home and no one should steal any of our things. Bhagavan has always taken care of this.

But I am sure you are all able to relate to how the ancient mind works hard to confuse us and break our faith.

My son Vignesh was still in school and he had to reach there by 8.50 am. I had made 5 sets of uniforms to use one per day so that there is no problem with the washing and ironing.

This happened on a Friday. Vignesh had looked for his uniform pants four times in his cupboard, but could not locate it.

I went to search for it and did not find it either. My mind started working furiously. ‘Could the Isthariwala have misplaced it?’ Bhagavan from within me said, “None of your things can get lost. The pants are very much at your home.”

I checked again but could not find it. Vignesh was getting late and I thought to myself, “Could the Isthariwala have stolen it? He is a nice guy and never steals, but what in case he has got tempted this once?”

Bhagavan said, “Your things not getting stolen does not need to depend on someone else being a thief or not. You have prayed that nothing of yours should be stolen and nothing will be. The pants are right there hanging in the cupboard. Go look now. It is the fifth garment from the right.”

OH MY GOD! Yes, of course the pants were right there where Bhagavan mentioned they would be. But Vignesh and I had checked that same place so many times. But we never found the pants.

I understood that the Divine wanted to playfully teach me something – that I should have faith in my own prayers. And more importantly, GOD ANSWERS ALL OUR PRAYERS!

THANK YOU BHAGAVAN for so much love and guidance!

FUTURE VISIONS OF THE ONENESS TEMPLE

Oneness Temple
I had been to the Oneness Temple at Varadaiapalem to attend the Super Process of Oneness University on March 1, 2 & 3, 2012.

I had the least number of experiences during this process and that was a first for me. I have always had a number of visions and experiences at the processes I have attended at the Oneness University.

I need to mention here that during the Vara Yagna that I attended at Nemam in 1997 (this was the first time I attended a course at Oneness University), I had had a number of visions. One of them was about the city we lived in at that point. I asked Bhagavan to show me the future of Mumbai in about 10 years’ time. I closed my eyes to see a number of flyovers all over the city. That was a time when there was only the King’s Circle flyover and none other. I was amazed. Soon after I returned to Mumbai, there were plans afoot to build the Sion flyover. That was the beginning. As you can see today, Mumbai has a number of flyovers, making the vision absolutely true. Now, I am sure you can understand why I set store by my visions.

The guide who was conducting the course asked us to go into Shavasan and instructed us to ask our antaryaamin Amma Bhagavan about the state of the Oneness Temple in the future. He gave us four different dates for the same.

I requested Bhagavan to show me the state of the Oneness Temple in four different years as suggested by the guide.

2012

I saw a number of awakened beings meditating in the prayer hall at the temple. Amidst them were – I first saw Mother Teresa, then Shirdi Saibaba, Lord Ganpati, Lord Muruga, Lord Hanuman, Lord Jesus and Archangel Michael also present in the prayer hall. Most surprisingly, along with all these beings, was present US President Barack Obama. I am looking forward to this incident happening before the end of this year.

2014

I saw a number of human beings enter the Oneness Temple Mukti Mandap from the left and the same people coming out as Golden Beings from the right. It was an amazing sight. A vision keeps repeating if we are not too sure or are too fascinated that we want to see it again. I saw this a few times - people walking in as normal ‘you’ and ‘me’ and coming out the other side as Golden Beings. Simply amazing!

2018

I saw a huge male lion roaming the garden of the Oneness Temple. The lion was absolutely tame and friendly and was basically frolicking on the grass happily, like a friendly kitten.

2025

There were a lot of visitors at the Oneness Temple. They were reading the literature on the walls of the temple and discussing the matter mentioned there. People were telling one another about how this temple had been set up by Amma Bhagavan and how humanity attained ‘Jeevan Mukti’ from here only. They also were talking about the history of the place and how Golden Age came about on earth. I just loved it.

MUNI GETS HER MONEY BACK

Muni works at my home and I have known her since a little more than 20 years. She works at 4-5 homes and had invested her hard earned money through one of her employers.

Unfortunately for her, this person had taken 50000 rupees from her and had invested it in their own name and had not added Muni’s name to the investment. Muni had not consulted anyone about it and was shocked to be told that her money was not hers for the taking.

She was so upset. She had probably taken a few years to save that amount and this happened at least 4 years ago. Muni was sure that she will never get the money back. You can imagine her horror as she must have worked so hard and for so long to save that amount.

She told me her sad story and was quite upset while doing so. I told her to pray to Amma Bhagavan and also talked to her about doing Shashtang Namaskaram.

With absolute faith, Muni used to do the namaskarams and pray to Amma Bhagavan. After a few months, she came grinning to me and told me that she got her money back fully. She was keen to share 1000 rupees with Amma Bhagavan for retrieving her hard earned cash.

The super-thrilled Muni also went for a darshan of the Mukti Mandapam at Oneness. To this day, she is amazed at Amma Bhagavan’s benevolence.

THANK YOU AMMA BHAGAVAN!

BHAGAVAN IMPROVES MY SELF-WORTH

In the earlier blog, I told you how Amma guided me to get a job with Mumbai Mirror. Click here to read that one. I have to mention the interview that I attended before I got the job and Bhagavan’s hand in it.

I went to the TOI office on a Tuesday for the interview. I went upstairs to the third floor where the HR department was situated and waited along with a few others.

My turn came in a short while and Sagorika met me. I gave her my name and sat down. She asked me what I had come for. I told her that she had called me for an interview and that’s why I was there. She looked at me up and down and asked, “Do you have a copy of your biodata? I don’t remember calling you.”

I was rather startled. I need to mention here that the HR department at TOI is quite efficient and I don’t really know how I got a call for the interview from Sagorika and she could not recall the incident. It did make me wonder whether Bhagavan had something to do with it.

I gave her the neat copy that I was carrying with me. She went through it, asked someone to give me a test and asked a few more questions and told me to wait. After half an hour, Sagorika confirmed that I had a job with Mumbai Mirror as the Copy Editor of the Listings pages. I was zapped, to put it mildly.

I went and met the features editor and then the editor of Mirror. Everything sailed through.

I had left my last job at the school before five years and my final salary had been Rs. 7,000. I had no clue what newspapers paid for jobs like mine. I asked Bhagavan what the right amount would be.

I could feel Bhagavan at my shoulder as he whispered to me, “Ask for Rs. 20,000”.

I am sure you can imagine my shock. I was 44 years old, a B.Com, with just three years of work experience in a school administration. Why would they pay me so much? Even today, I am surprised how they took a commerce graduate in. I did very well in my job is all thanks to Bhagavan, of course.

I argued with Bhagavan throughout the time I waited. That was for about 20 minutes. I told him that even Rs. 10,000 would be too much. What if they told me that I was asking too much and did not give me the job? My self-confidence was not at its best.

Bhagavan, as usual, was very insistent and told me that I should not accept a rupee less than Rs. 20,000.

The argument was not over when I was back at Sagorika’s desk to discuss money. She asked me what I expected. I was scared of opening my mouth while Bhagavan continued to whisper the amount in my ear.

I told Sagorika, “I have been out of the job market for a while and schools are not great paymasters. Can you tell me what you are ready to pay?”

My first surprise came when she told me, “Rs. 15,000” and wrote it on the paper she was writing my details on.

Bhagavan said, “Ask for Rs. 20,000, she will agree. Don’t accept Rs. 15,000”.

It was true that it was God giving me the advice. But I was too scared and my heart was beating too hard within me.

Bhagavan would just not let me agree to what Sagorika was offering. I told her softly, “The timings are also strange as you want me to come in at 12 noon and work till 8 pm. Can you make that Rs. 20,000?”

Sagorika did not open her mouth. She took her pen, struck the amount that she had written originally and wrote Rs. 20,000 immediately.

Sagorika’s parting shot was, “So, you are joining the day-after-tomorrow, right? Please don’t ditch us. The features editor is desperate for an assistant.”

How do you like that?

THAT DAY BHAGAVAN SHOWED ME THAT MY WORTH WAS WAY MORE THAN WHAT I BELIEVED!

Ananta Kodi Pranam to my DEAR AMMA BHAGAVAN!

SURRENDERING TO GOD

This was sometime in June 2005. I had returned from that trip in Chennai when Bhagavan had insisted that I give money at the temple. Click here for that story.

I was not aware of Bhagavan’s plans for me. I had given the money away at the temple without expecting any return. I was slowly sliding into a breakdown as I had no job and being a quiet housewife was just not me. I had written three novels by now and they were not getting published either. The family was running only on my husband’s income and it was not easy.

One day, Amma came in front of me and said, “Sundari, you do 11 shashtang namaskarams every day, in front of the Srimurti. See how your life changes after that.”

In those days, although I prayed to Amma, I could not connect with her as much as I could to Bhagavan. It took me a long time to realize that they both are one and the same. Whenever there was a need for transformation in my outer world, Amma used to talk to me. Otherwise, most of the time, the need was in the inner world and that’s why the connection with Bhagavan.

About the namaskarams

I started doing them right from the day Amma told me to. This was on a Thursday.

In those days, my daughter had done an intern’s job for Mumbai Mirror during her summer holidays. The BMM course that she was doing demanded that the students work during the summer and show a certificate for the same. She had gone to the TOI building to collect her salary and certificate and I had just accompanied her. This was Friday, the second day of my namaskarams.

Not realizing the divine plan, I just happened to give a crumpled copy of my biodata at the Times of India office in CST. I had been on the lookout for a job since five years and used to carry a biodata with me at all times. The dispatch clerk told me to leave it with him. I did not even have an envelope or a covering letter. I just decided to leave it there on an impulse.

The namaskarams continued. On Monday (Day 5), I got a call from the HR of TOI to go there for an interview. I just could not believe it. I asked that lady over and over to confirm things and also asked her for her name. Her name was Sagorika and I was not familiar with such a name and requested her to spell it for me.

I went for the interview on Tuesday and got a job with Mumbai Mirror on that very same day and joined worked on the Thursday.

Can you believe the power of namaskarams? Amma gave me a lot of gyaan about it much later.

I asked her, “Why is it that men do shashtang namaskarams while women just do namaskarams? You have given me this advice and I have followed it. It’s brought transformation into my life. But all women don’t do shashtang namaskarams. The Hindu religion does not encourage it.”

I could not but recall Bhagavan’s teaching, “You have to unlearn everything that you have learned”.

Amma said, “Shashtang Namaskarams are a means of surrendering yourself to the divine will. In yonder days, both men and women used to do it. But when men thought that women might become superior to them in everything, they felt threatened and changed the way women prayed. That’s why this came about. Usually, surrender needs to happen in the inner world. But what happens is that you cannot take any action in the inner world. You can only be aware that you don’t have surrender. When you seek surrender from deep within, doing namaskarams in the outer world gives it a push to get you closer to the surrender state. And then, the whole universe is yours.”

Amma had transformed my world that simply!

WOW! I AM JUST SPEECHLESS WITH GRATITUDE.

BHAGAVAN BRINGS PROSPERITY INTO MY LIFE

This happened in May 2005. Amma used to give public darshan at Nemam in those days. I went to Chennai for a couple of weeks and managed to go to Nemam on three different occasions to take Her darshan.

This was during my third visit. I was to leave Chennai in two days’ time and was running low on cash. Venkat had just settled into his new business and I had no job. I always had the habit of keeping Rs. 500 over and above what expenses I expected during every outing.
Bhagavan looked like this in my vision, only tall
enough to touch the skies. And his right hand was
extended towards me

A few minutes before I reached the Nemam Temple premises, Bhagavan spoke from within me. He told me, “Sundari, you put that 500 rupee note in the Hundi when you reach the temple.”

My relationship with Bhagavan was and is very comfortable and He is my BEST FRIEND. I could be free in saying anything to my SUPREME FRIEND.

I replied, “No, Bhagavan. I think I will run short on cash. I will not put that cash in the temple. I need it till I get back to Mumbai.”

You might find it difficult to believe that Bhagavan insisted repeatedly that I do as He said. I had given Him total freedom in interfering in my life. Otherwise, the Antaryaamin never gives uninvited advice.

When I also refused repeatedly, something happened suddenly to shake me up. I could see Bhagavan standing tall, rising up to the skies in the form called ‘Vishwaroopam’. He stretched his right hand and said, “Give me the money, Sundari”. How could I refuse? I put the money in the Hundi and went home.

I have heard a lot of people say, ‘why do they ask for money at the temple?’ And I am sure many will wonder ‘how can God ask for money from someone, and that too demand?’

The answer to this is very simple. When we give money out, the universe returns it many times over. In fact, whatever we sow, we reap many times over. The Divine had decided it was time for me to get a lot of money had set the ball rolling in this fashion.

I have to mention here the way I pray. I always say that “Bhagavan loves me a million times as much as I love him”. That’s the ratio of our relationship.

So, after insisting that I pay the 500 rupees at the temple, Bhagavan set out to return that money – a million times over. He is still returning it, in fact. He found me a job, in cahoots with Amma (all divine planning, there is another story in that) and got me a huge salary. I neither had the qualification nor experience for that.

I AM HUMBLED AT HOW THE DIVINE WENT INTO THE STATE OF YAASHAKAM* TO BLESS ME WITH PROSPERITY. SUCH IS THE LOVE GOD HAS FOR US. THANK YOU BHAGAVAN!

*Yaashakam is asking for alms

Healing: AMMA TO THE RESCUE

Srimurti

My parents live in Chennai. About four years ago, a Christian woman used to do the house work at their home.

The lady’s daughter’s wedding was fixed and she was very happy when she brought an invitation to my parents.

A few days later, the same woman was in tears when she came to my mother and said, “My daughter has been diagnosed with tumour. She has a lump on her breast and the doctor insists that we cancel the wedding immediately. He also says that the tumour could be malignant. She needs to be hospitalized immediately for further tests.”

My mother gave her Amma Bhagavan’s Srimurti that had the Moola Mantram written on it in Tamil. She told the servant, “Amma & Bhagavan are Gods. I know you are a Christian and might not want to read the Moola Mantram. But the Srimurti is very powerful. Ask your daughter to keep it with her. She will become perfectly alright.”

The servant said, “My daughter can read. I will ask her to say this Mantram,” and took the Srimurti from my mother.

The girl had been saying the Moola Mantram and had been carrying the Srimurti with her when she was hospitalized almost immediately after.

On the first night at the hospital, while sleeping, the girl had a dream.

She was standing at a bus stop waiting for a bus. Suddenly, Amma (from the picture that she had with her) walked up to her, put her hand on the girl’s chest and pulled out something. Amma walked away without uttering a word.

The girl woke up in the morning and wondered what that was all about.

The doctor took her for further tests. They searched and searched for the lump that was just not there. They even did some more tests to find that the girl was completely normal.

It has been almost five years since this incident. The girl is happily married and a mother to boot.

JAI HO AMMA BAGHAVAN! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Healing: MY SISTER’S EYES BECAME NORMAL

Sabitha - long ago and recently
This happened some time in 2003. My sister Sabitha had been wearing specs since her school days. My Antaryaamin had been communicating clearly within me and I had been getting a lot of messages and lessons since January 2003.

One day, during my evening walk, I could see Amma in front of me. She told me, “You are so keen on healing people, why don’t you give healing to your sister’s eyes?”

I asked Amma, “Sabi is living in Chennai. I am here at Mumbai. How can I give healing? I need to be near her and touch her when I do that.”

Amma smiled and said, “You can give her distant healing. In fact, do it just now, as you are walking.”

Believe it or not, that’s exactly what I did. I prayed for Sabitha’s eyesight.

It was around 5.30 pm when I gave distant healing to Sabitha’s eyes. At the same time, her specs fell down and broke to pieces. She had been watching a cricket match on TV at that time. She looked at the screen without her specs and was amazed to be able to read the score on the small screen.

Such was the miracle that Amma performed that day. Sabitha had been wearing specs since 1978 or so. After 25 years, her eyes got healed in a second due to Amma’s grace. Till today, Sabitha is able to work on the computer and also read without wearing spectacles.

THANK YOU AMMA BHAGAVAN!

ASCENSION MIRACLES

Pic courtesy: www.consciouslifenews.com

Ascension or Awakening is a raise in the consciousness levels of Human Beings as well as The Earth. There are references to this in Hinduism, the Mayan Calendar, The Bible and more. You will find a lot of information around the internet on this matter.

Things are coming to a conclusion this year – 2012. While many predict Doom and Gloom for the End Times, I – like millions around the world – believe that the times are changing for the better. We are moving from the Iron Age to the GOLDEN AGE.

While everything is coming to a head this year, the momentum had begun since 1989 and people have been sensing the change in energies since then.

I was introduced to this idea through my friend – I would call her my Messiah – Anu (Anuradha Chandrasekhar), who told me about Amma Bhagavan, who have come down to earth to ring in the Golden Age. Amma and Bhagavan of Oneness University are avatars for enlightenment.

I have been drawn deeply into spirituality since 1996. In this blog, I will be sharing a number of my experiences since then. Sri Bhagavan says, “If you would realize that My Grace also comes to you as coincidences, then your love shall increase and the coincidences would become miracles”.

Well, what to say! I have realized that God’s grace comes to me as coincidences, My Love for Him has increased to overflowing and my life is now swept by miracles galore……….
